Service Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Customer,” “you”) and Rock & Roll Trash Bin Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) as an authorized user of the services provided by the Company.

These Terms and Conditions, together with any operating rules, policies, pricing schedules, or other supplemental documents published from time to time by Rock & Roll Trash Bin Cleaning (collectively, the “Agreement”), constitute the entire agreement between the Company and you regarding bin cleaning and related services. By using our services, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, this Agreement.

1. Services Provided

Rock & Roll Trash Bin Cleaning provides mobile trash bin cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, and related pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. Services may be customized based on customer needs.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure proper service, Customers agree to the following:

    • Bin Placement:
      Bins must be empty and placed curbside on service day and remain accessible until 8:00 PM unless otherwise arranged.
    • Day of Service:
      • Day of Service: bins must remain empty after trash pickup
      • Bins must be accessible and any trash must be bagged
      • Bins containing loose or unbagged trash will not be cleaned
    • Access:
      Customers must provide access to gated communities or restricted areas. Missed service due to access issues will not be refunded.
    • Availability:
      If bins are not available at the time of service, the service will be considered missed and is non-refundable.
    • Rescheduling:
      Requests must be made by 8:00 AM on the day of service. Missed visits may require a $15 service fee to reschedule.

3. Acceptable Bin Contents

Bins must NOT contain:

    • Unbagged trash or waste
    • Animal or human waste (including cat litter)
    • Chemicals, paint, or hazardous materials
    • Construction debris
    • Yard waste (grass, leaves, branches)

We reserve the right to refuse service and charge a $20 hazardous waste fee if these conditions are not met.

4. Condition of Bins

Bins must be in safe working condition. We reserve the right to refuse service if bins:

    • Are damaged or unsafe
    • May cause harm to equipment or staff
    • Cannot be properly cleaned

Missed service due to bin condition is non-refundable.

5. Company Responsibilities

Rock & Roll Trash Bin Cleaning will:

    • Provide scheduled service within planned routes
    • Send service reminders via email and/or text (not guaranteed)
    • Make reasonable efforts to complete all scheduled services

Weather Policy:
Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions. Safety is our priority. Credits may be issued at our discretion.

We are not responsible for:

    • Frozen water after service
    • Delays caused by trash collection services

6. Pricing and Payments

    • Subscription Commitment: Recurring services are based on a one-calendar-year commitment.

    • Payment is required after the service is completed
    • Recurring plans require a card on file
    • Payments are processed automatically after the service is completed
    • We use secure third-party processors for payment handling

Declined Payments:
Service may be paused or canceled until payment is resolved.

Delinquent Accounts:
Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be suspended or sent to collections.

7. Cancellation Policy 

    • Services are recurring until canceled
    • Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle
    • No refunds after service has been completed
    1. After First Cleaning:
      If canceled after the first visit, you authorize Rock & Roll Trash Bin Cleaning to charge the card on file for the difference between the discounted recurring rate and the published one-time service price.

8. Referral Program

Existing subscription customers in good standing may be eligible to receive referral credits for new paying customers, subject to limitations. Program terms may change at any time.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update:

    • These Terms and Conditions
    • Pricing
    • Services

Changes will be communicated via website or email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

10. Privacy

We do not sell or rent customer information. Your data is used only to provide services and communicate with you. Payment data is handled securely through third-party processors.

11. Sanitation Disclaimer

We utilize state-of-the-art equipment capable of delivering high-pressure water streams to effectively remove dirt, grime, mold, and other tough stains from various surfaces. We ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning process.

12. Limitation of Liability

Rock & Roll Trash Bin Cleaning is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to bins or surfaces
    • Missed services due to customer error
    • Delays beyond our control (weather, access, etc.)

To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
